We can provide our work as a full package bundle which tends to be a very popular choice considering there are less phone calls to make and more of your focus is put to towards the next trades in line. We also offer each service on there own, for the client who already has specific trades they work with for certain aspects of the project, in which we completely understand.
Hence, having the best of both worlds!
Demolition & Site Prep
BIG or small, We have the proper equipment to bring down any old building safely and precisely. We separate each material, ensuring proper recycling measures are taken into account thus, lowering the environmental impact. We can then create a more effective clean up plan to make way for the excavation works!
Excavation work
Whether your digging for new utility installation or your Basement for you NEW home, Our Excavator is setup to precisely dig down to exact measurements following benchmarks to ensure level footings everytime!
Concrete Footings
After the surveyors pin out the corners. We come in and frame the footing, scrape it clean from any loose materials, install any rebar and dowels, Pour, strip our forms, and haul them away leaving your jobsite cleaned up for the stone slingers to throw stone in the basements. This is a very critical step as the rest of your house depends on a strong footing to rest on.
Concrete Foundation Walls
We start by squaring up all the corners, making sure the house is properly placed where its supposed to be. We setup up our wall forms, Install any rebar, Windows, Doors. We finish up our top end work, straighten every wall, pour concrete, vibrate them to ensure no cold joints or "honey combs" are left in the wall. We come back the next day strip our forms down, break and patch tie holes, Spray & Wrap exterior walls, lay weeper and Stone on any window wells and exterior pipe.
Backfill & Site Grading
After foundation Walls are all laterally braced up and inspection has passed, we bring in more equipment to backfill all exterior walls and garages and bring your site to what we call a"rough grade" which will allow other trades to work safely. At this time we also load up any excess material that isn't needed and taking up extra space for other materials you want to bring in.
Trucking & Material Delivery
We have our own Dump trucks as well, making it easier to deliver materials exactly when we need it.
We also provide Various Material deliveries such as any type of aggregates, Soils, Asphalt, etc.
Water, Storm & Sanitary Connections
Another service we offer is our Water, storm and sanitary connections from the property line into the home. We can save you money by adding in this service along with our excavation work as our machines are already onsite and we can install these services prior to footings being poured, and get them inspected and passed, backfilled all in the same day!
Concrete Pumping & Boom truck Rentals
We have access to many Various sized concrete boom pumps ranging from 30m - 52m reach. These would be included in our foundation packages.
